I'm making a somewhat homemade Cane's dinner tonight. I used to work there so I know how to cook pretty much all of it and it seems easy enough. Hopefully I can't mess this one up.

Mayo, Ketchup, Worcestershire, Garlic Salt, Black Pepper, Tonys. Mix it all together and put in the fridge for a while to thicken.

I don't really have proportions to it. I just season it to taste.

No, I've never worked there. I don't remember where I got the recipe! Maybe someone posted it here at some point.

I have never made this recipe either. I hope it is right.

They say when you work at Cane's you have to sign a confidentiality agreement about never revealing the sauce recipie/proportions. I'm gonna trust you and try it out! I'll let you know the results!!!

They used to do that but its not the case any more. They do make you sign an agreement though, saying that you will never open a chicken restaurant next to a Cane's. When I was hired, my manager's exact words were "This basically means that if you ever open a Cameron's Chicken Hut next to a Raising Cane's, Todd Graves will sue your arse and tear it down."

And I would pass Cane's right up to go to Cameron's Chicken Hut if there was one.
