Depends on who he keeps. Each coordinator coaches a position which would make the actual position coach a glorified recruiter which means less money for that position coach. At least in theory. It's completely possible to put together a top notch staff with 15 mil when you consider the coaches we already had on staff. All of these guys had great reputations before O.
