Ohio State doesn't seem to have a problem bringing in recruits from Southern states.

I mean they gotta try though. They have to import speed. The question is what do they have to do to start playing at their monetary weight level, and how do they access it? Get money, need athletes. Got athletes, do good, get more money. NIL might open some things up for them once it becomes more structured?
