Oh frick. I know someone that had this type of place go up near them. I get that these guys need a place to stay, but it created a weird situation as they would hang out at the convenience stores and grocery stores, etc causing all kinds of issues.

Yes they do. That place used to be called a mental institution which kept them away from civil society, until all the snowflakes got them shut down.
