Call this semi-informed speculation based on things heard and read.

We'll see how many of these I get right, probably starting within the next two or three days...

OFFENSE

OC/QB's - Jeff Lebby (Ole Miss)
WR's/PGC - Cortez Hankton (Georgia)
RB's/RC - David Johnson (Florida State)
TE's- Chip Long (Tulane)
OL/RGC - Brad Davis (LSU)

DEFENSE

DL - Andre Carter (LSU)
LB - Blake Baker (LSU)
CB's/AHC - Corey Raymond (LSU)
S/DC - Pete Golding (Alabama)

STC - Brian Polian (Notre Dame)

Lebby leaving Lane and Hankton leaving UGA don’t make sense to me.

What I heard this afternoon was that Woody is by no means finished shoveling money out of helicopters. Foster Campbell is about to have another aneurysm on the Advocate op-ed page.

Not saying I agree, but I think it’s safe to say Faulk will be on this staff unless he’s wanting time off to be with his family or something

You’re assumption is that Golding wouldn’t run a 3-4?

If he does, you’ll need an OLB coach and ILB coach.

Why would Lebby come to LSU with Brian Kelly as the HC to interfere with his offense?

If you're going to do that, then you might bring Bob Diaco in from Purdue to coach OLB's and special teams. I think he's coached that before. Take him instead of Pollan.

There is no difference between a 4-3 with a rush end and a 3-4. It's really just semantics what you call B.J. Ojulari. I know B.J. would probably want Carter to coach him.

I had somebody tell me yesterday Faulk is likely to go back to that player development job he had before.

To get paid, and to not become the scapegoat for the falloff in Ole Miss' offense when Corral goes pro.

But mostly to get paid. He could be in for a million dollar raise. Seriously.

You think Ole Miss wouldn't pay him? They'd match LSU's offer for sure on Lebby. BK would have to give him assurances he'd run the scheme for him to make that move, imo. He'd be a great hire though.
