The difference in immediate energy brought to the two programs is enormous. Riley is landing top recruits for USC daily. Have we seen any positive reaction from recruits about Kelly? Is Kelly going to games and meeting with recruits this weekend? A little over a week until signing day.

He’s just taking recruits that he already recruited that happened to be from Cali! Plus usc only had 5 commitments!! So he has a lot of room to make up

I will admit that, to the best of my knowledge, I am surprised that Brian Kelly was not at one of the high school playoff games last night. Multiple games to choose from featuring SEC recruits, and the new coach to the area was no where to be seen. Meanwhile, the coach we just fired was out at games keeping his relationships with the high school coaches of this state.

BK likely is studying and gaining a deeper understanding of the recruits LSU has been majorly pursuing, evaluating the direction he wants to take this team, and leveraging relationships he has with the players he has been recruiting at ND for the past few years to determine if he can flip them. Key here: patience, we have limited scholarships to give. They will go after their guys.
