I agree with the NIL part, for sure. And I'm fairly confident I'm not a fan of the transfer portal - atleast the idea of it. Serious question - are there guidelines as to when a player can enter the portal? Meaning, is there a certain window that they can enter or is it just anytime they want?

The NIL is bullshite, Ole Miss is already directly paying its players which was supposed to be against the rules and Bryce Young is being paid by an agency to do nothing but sign up with them once he’s a pro. The NIL was always just a smoke screen and was never going to be followed.
