The culture in the locker room needs to change. A hard reset. The coaches lead that effort. I wouldn't keep more than 2 maybe 3 at most for that reason alone.

Culture is drive directly from the man up top. Brian Kelly will set the stage moving forward…do some need to go? Yes. Are some still good coaches? Yes. I can almost guarantee those coaches are hungry for great leadership from a head coach. It’s no different than in the business world.

if Bryan Kelly is what we think he is then if he decides to keep a coach it's because he believes that coach is good enough to be a part of a great coaching staff. Limiting it to 2 or 3 because of your perceived culture problem in a locker room you've never set foot in is just silly.
