The RNC is in financial trouble.

The RNC Has Big Problems
It only has $9.1 million in cash on hand — the lowest amount since February 2015.
The small-dollar program isn’t performing well & some major donors aren’t cutting large checks because of party leadership.
Furthermore, the debates have flubbed & one of them was even scheduled on the same night as the Country Music Association Awards.
The frustration reached a boiling point after November 2023 losses, especially when it was revealed that VA GOP Chairman Rich Anderson asked the RNC for funding — he was denied $.
2/3rds of the 168 members (the committee that makes up the RNC) are up for re-election in Spring 2024.
Many of those running voted for the current party leadership. They need to answer for the abysmal fundraising, years of losses, & their votes.
Something has to change.

Oh well.
The RNC has shown a total inability to do anything right so giving money to the candidates is a better use of it.
The DNC has similar problems but that is due to Hillary, Obama, etc, taking the lion’s share of donations as their cut before the party gets anything.

That’s what happens when you thumb your nose at a large portion of your constituency

I would never send money to the RNC.
Individual candidates sure but def not an org run by a Romney.

I like that they're blaming the Speaker vote and not decades of treachery, general uselessness, billions to Ukraine, open contempt for voters...

In general, the RNC loves to take money generated for the party and help out real shitbird candidates who are party favorites rather than support people who are conservative.
Didn’t they help bankroll Lincoln Chaffee’s re-election bid for the Senate where he subsequently said that, even if he got re-elected, he was going to switch parties?

Stop wasting money on debates.

There are still people in the Republican party who haven't recognized the state of the RNC and the party.
This is a reflection of how bad of shape the party itself is in. And, the RNC has been operating against the will of the party's constituents for a long time.
Right now, a former RNC chairman is a daily participant on MSNBC and just bashes Republicans every chance he gets. It's quite amazing when you take a step back and look at it.
The people are in the process of purging the party of it's leftist infiltrators. The GOPe is being removed. It may take a while to complete (unfortunately). But, it's why every opportunity to expose them for who they are needs to be taken (See Gaetz's efforts along with every debt limit deal).

Yep, just send directly to the person running.
RNC is for the big donors for potential control.

Stepping back and looking at the big picture;
Becoming clear why Trump backed McDaniel for the post.

Keep in mind that Trump has been soaking up many many million$ to pay lawyers to defends him. This practice is a legit use of campaign funds for election related legal fees but the money is not being spent where it could maximize the '24 elections. (I posted this concern months ago, one reason I supported DeSantis)

Signs are all pointing to a slaughter next November for the “R’s”. Sad.
RNC nor Trump have the infrastructure ready for the Dems.

Not worry bro. In addition to the Maga Inc PAC Trump started a leadership PAC (a specific type of PAC which is legally recognized by the FEC), specifically to help other conservative politicians get elected. I'll bet tons of that money went to maximize results in the 22 elections and probably more will go to maximize results for the 24 elections. Whey else would he start a PAC like that?
