only 6 percent of 320k jobs went to white people.

I'm not sure if this has been discussed yet.. it's a few days old.
but. between 2020 and 2021 S&P 100 added 320k+ jobs. only 6 percent went to white folks. because.. you know.. diversity only works if it's everyone but white folks.
what are long term consequences of this? I mean.. these enormous corps WILL weed out bad hires before riding them to the grave, right?

Most of these 320k “created” jobs were entry level jobs that were filled.
