I think 1,2,4,5 and 6 will happen, maybe not in the next 2 years, but eventually. I think the Taiwan invasion and Trump in jail are the most likely.

Anyone can be arrested, prosecuted, convicted, and sentenced to jail. All they need is a grand jury to agree there is probable cause, a prosecutor and a jury to convict.
They can still be a sitting Supreme Court Justice while in jail. It would be up to congress at that point to impeach.

7, well there may be competition if one red state passes some form of non federal law compliance, then take it the next step. The red staters will compete to be the first insurrectionist government since the mid 1800s.
