Is there a way to start a country wide or state majority petition on a legal / law level to rid or control these savage democratic K9's?

That I agree with I hate to say it but a big problem is black ownership of these dogs using them as fighting dogs turning them into hateful killing machines. If a pitbull is owned by a law abiding citizen generally that pit bull will live a good life and stay out of trouble.

I took in a stray pit bull and her pup years ago.
Scared to death of them before that but they turned out to be the smartest and friendliest dogs I've ever owned. No aggression towards humans or other dogs.

I would hardly call Cesar Millan white trash. There are good people who rescue and nurture pit puppies and they go on to have good lives. Just like babies can be taken from strung out drug addict parents and go on to have good lives.

I've known quite a few decent, respectable people who owned pit bulls. Not all pits are bloodthirsty savages.

This. They’re not golden retrievers, you have to raise these dogs more carefully, but it’s also not rocket science. Goldens love everyone no matter what, pit bulls are vulnerable to bad owners.
I’ve got several friends with pit bulls and they’re incredible dogs when raised the right way.

Smartest dog I've ever had was a pit. The ones I've owned were very friendly. It's the owner and how they raise a dog
