Elon is buying the votes for McCarthy

He made a statement the other day that he supports McCarthy for speaker. Before he made that statement the holdouts looked rock solid. Now they are flipping. Of all people, Elon could buy these guys out the easiest. Why Elon wants McCarthy is the question now. Time will tell.

Atleast put a questionmark in your misleading thread title

Were you able to ask him yourself? If not STFU.

Now they are flipping.

dark money super-PACs will make it hard to know who exactly is donating to them.

Dude is just a glutton for money losing investments these days.

Are you drinking the ether or just huffing it?

If Elon is making deals that the rest of the RINOS won't/ can't, then maybe that's what it'll take.
Time will tell.

So congress does not investigate Big Tech and especially avoid setting up anti-trust committees.

Gaetz said on the House floor that McCarthy bagged over $500 million in campaign contributions and most of it from Big Tech.

Tesla founder and Twitter owner Elon Musk has thrown his support behind Rep. Kevin McCarthy — as the California lawmaker’s bid to become House speaker has been stymied by a group of roughly 20 hardline conservatives.
“Kevin McCarthy should be Speaker,” the billionaire tech titan tweeted early Thursday, garnering almost 40,000 likes within hours.

Richest….. or second richest man at the moment, throwing his support behind McCarthy and things almost instantly change.

Yup.
Elon's Opinion / Preference = Support/ Capital.
He needs to get back to winning tweets on his support of Transhumanism, neural brain implants and Vaxxes.

So what you’re really saying is that these formerly “principled conservatives” were full of crap. That is was a ruse to make money. MAGA representatives are just as corrupt as the establishment that they’re pretending to fight?
I don’t believe any of the above… but you do.
Think about that.

Getting more solid conservatives into key committee positions and controlling rule making is a clear win.
McCarthy is a worm who let that massive work graft, pork filled, lame-duck Omnibus bill to pass with out a real fight.
