and then DeSantis needs to make him attorney General if you ever want anyone from 2000 mules to be prosecuted.

Now that is an original thought but with Trump in his seventies its not going to happen but if DeSantis wins he needs to hire Ex-mayor Guilliani and bring all corrupt election cases outside the beltway and out of the reach of the D.C. Swamp

What you're suggesting isn't very practical.
You'd think it'd be easier to have an existing attorney general and justice department who has a conscious and loves our country enough to get bring wrongdoers down.

28 USC 503 simply says that POTUS "shall appoint" an attorney general" and that such person is the head of the DoJ. (By contrast, most states seem to have an explicit requirement that the AG be a licensed attorney.)
AG just sets policy and serves as an administrator. Not like (s)he is trying cases. Must (s)he actually BE an "attorney?"
Just asking. I don't know the answer.

America has one more chance to get this election fraud debacle squared away. If we have a repeat of anything near the debacle we had with that 2020 Presidential Election Fraud then I have very little confidence we can save the Republic.
Havings said that we're getting off to a bad start. Already some shenanigans in Pennsylvania ballot counting. NOT a good sign. IMO Vote-by-Mail is ready made for voter fraud.
