He also discussed Nico Collins and his unofficial. He still thinks that Georgia lead. He mentioned him as a 4-star but I see that Rivals is thinking he gets a fifth star on their final ratings.

Yep. You begin it by recruiting it 1 year, then doing it again the following year.
