I have spoken with Verge and he laughed at Riley. He said to be patient and they have it under control.

Would Verge go around saying who the hire is going to be though? I don’t think so. How would him giving a non answer eliminate Riley in any way? They wouldn’t want to make it any harder on a guy who still has games to coach, period.

He is looking for attention. He has no idea . Riley does have verbal offer, if he signs a contract is yet to be seen. Jimbo def was first choice but Jimbo would be a fool to leave after the class A&M is about to sign. Texas has lots of green . My opinion and opinions are like asses everybody has one is if we dont sign Riley, Jimbo or Tucker we have totally struck out. Tucker has grown on me.

Yeah guys should tell media what they heard . That way they will never get hear any off the record info. All these talking heads are given bad info on purpose.
