How to find correct size spare capacitor for HVAC?

Unit is a Smart Comfort by Carrier. Model R4A542GKB100. Manufactured June 2020.
I've seen others here say have a spare capacitor on-hand by AMRAD. I can't seem to locate one by using the model number. Thanks in advance for help with my dilemma.

I removed the access panel on my AC compressor and matched the numbers on the capacitor currently installed. I'm not confident in my ability to read the schematic for my AC.

Match the number on the current one... Should look like 35/5
or 40/5 type number.
or 40/5 type number.

Just do this - hopefully the capacitor is installed in a position that you can read the rating tag on the capacitor without having to loosen the capacitor holding strap and rotating it to read the tag. But just to be safe pull condensor electrical disconnect first before opening up the access panel.

This is true but also be aware of the connectors on the top of the capacitor--don't touch them without reading/learning how to properly discharge the capacitor as the nature of a capacitor is to store power (electricity) even when the circuit breaker is off or the electrical disconnect has been pulled.
Discharging the capacitor is not difficult, just don't skip this step.

This is the way.

PRO TIP:
Make sure you watch a video or two BEFORE you change out said capacitor. Capacitors keep a lot of voltage stored even when the unit is off. You can shock/kill yourself if its not properly discharged.

Both 120V and 240V if it's a dual-rated capacitor.
