Just started this on Netflix and I do like the storylines. However, every damn episode has some political agenda they're trying to push. Does it get better as the show progresses or is just a liberal agenda being pushed in a hospital setting the entire time?

I enjoyed the show and watched it week to week since it premiered
I don’t seem to remember too many super woke episodes until the last season then it got way over the top . But I fast forwarded through some of those storylines I didn’t care to be preached about
Covid definitely messed with the show though as a season finale had to be redone because a cliffhanger was gonna be a pandemic .
Also: great season 1 finale - that was intense

After Roe v Wade was overturned, they did a montage of all the characters looking depressed like a 9/11 catastrophe just occurred. I had already stopped watching prior to that. Show sucks.

Within the first five episodes they've had a black child die from a cop shooting, a trans teen feeling abandoned by his parents because they won't let him have surgery, and a cop injecting inmates with ketamine. Oh and a nurse walkout over reproductive rights.

My wife watches and it seems like they are pushing something every third episode or so.
The chief of medicine guy was painting Black Lives Matter in one of the hallways on one of the episodes I saw
He was trying to figure out how to be more inclusive and they were all pissed at him for trying to be "the savior". So if he did nothing he was a bad guy, and if he tried to help, he was a bad guy.
I have no issue with BLM, just dont force feed it

Damn.. don’t remember that… I’d always watch it in an emotional mess right after This is us on Tuesday nights haha

We watched it for a while, but eventually were turned off by the political messages and wokeness. There a too many other options out there to choose from - especially hospital shows.

I made two seasons then gave up because it was sooooo over the top, preachy and politically one sided. That being said, it is Fox News when compared to Grey's Anatomy!

never made it past this. dude literally erased prior medical directors of the hospital because they were white. tried giving his job up because he was white.
also can't remember what season but theres an episode with a "racist tumor" in a 13 year old kid with a good life.
i did enjoy season 1 and the season finale was crazy (for the show).

It gets worse. I told the wife I was done watching after the brother sister incest marriage was encouraged as long as there were no children.
