"The Fred Biletnikoff Award is presented annually to the most outstanding receiver in American college football"
Unless your name is Marvin Harrison Jr..... then it's presented because your dad is a NFL HOF receiver. Stats don't matter, just wins and losses.

How about Oregon WR Troy Franklin? He has more yards and as many TDs as Harrison and he’s on a top 10 team, but his name doesn’t get brought up nearly as much for the award.

I don't care about those individual awards, and neither does Marv.
It is pretty wild with the amount of WR talent that has come through Ohio State, that one of them hasn't won the Biletnikoff since Terry Glenn.
