I would be pissed that they hired a Defensive Coordinator from a defense that wasn’t really that good.

Only mistake the Cardinals made with this hire was they didn't hire Lou Anarumo. Lou is arguably the best defensive mind in the NFL today.
Mahomes and Andy Reid only scored 23 points against the Bengals in their only win against them in the AFCCG. Just put 38 points on a more talented defense in the Super Bowl. That's how good Lou Anarumo is.
