People make fun of other places for fan support but that place is the worst. Playoff team and that dump is empty.

Really bold statement here

You build a baseball stadium in a city filled with a demographic of people who have no interest in a Tampa baseball team.
Old people from other parts of the country, and an African American community. Then you surround it on three sides by water. With the only access being three bridges. That are a traffic nightmare.
The Lightning have over 280+ consecutive sellouts. The Bucs do well attendance wise, when the team is competitive.
The owner of the Rays is an a-hole, who wants desperately to move the team somewhere else. The city leaders of Tampa and primarily St. Pete are plain and simple, a bunch of idiots. It's a shitty situation, sure to end with the Rays elsewhere.

They have crap ownership. Their scouting and player dev are the envy of the league. They are pretty much always competitive and make money thanks to being cheap/revenue sharing. Find an owner who views them as a vanity project and they would be the best team in the AL

The Charlotte Raes are inevitable.

It's interesting and curious that so many teams/government leaders are clueless when it comes to building their stadiums in horrible locations. The Coyotes have only played in their arena 19 years. And now want to build it closer to Tempe. You would think or at least hope all these teams/government leaders would be smart enough to build the venues in the right location the first time.
