So awesome to see the mutual respect these guys have for each other and how comfortable they are as a team. It’s not an easy thing to find and hard to create such cohesion across a squad.

I used to not believe this kind of thing because I thought it required all these special individuals but as I've gotten older I've realize that all humans are basically good and want to cooperate and get along with one another and like and be liked, so what you described above, it starts at the top. That's what's meant by "one team one heartbeat" and you can thank Ed orgeron for these guys being as tight as they are.
