There’s magic in our Tiger. And we’ll need all the magic we can muster in Death Valley for the slog ahead.
Hell if we can get it bring him in for Ol Piss and state too

Unfortunately, I don't think that will ever happen again...that era has passed.

The bring Mike in the stadium threads, and the we should tell CBS we aren't playing at 2:30 threads are comical. So many posters just can't grasp such simple concepts.

What’s the danger in bringing him in? Bad PR?

Not trying to be a Debbie Downer, but I know a vet student from a few years ago that was on the team that took care of Mike.
Based on her experience with the leaders of the vet school she said, "Mike will never enter the stadium again"
It's not something the vets want to do or try very hard to do. They feel the stress is to much.

Zero chance. Not bringing him into the stadium and forcing him into the cage was part of the agreement of getting a new Tiger.

The danger of bringing him in is never having another live tiger mascot again. Would it be worth it?

As a fan I wish they would bring him out again, but as an animal lover who wants what's best for Mike, I agree with the decision not to. That just means we need to make Death Valley the loud, obnoxious, and hostile beast it's known for being to opposing teams this year!

The vet school says to much stress plus they want him on display in his habitat on game days. They would have to load him early am and then all those people that visit the habitat wouldn't have anything to look at.

Well you might as well rattle his cage to make him roar as well.... I bet Mike would love it, but not going to happen.

Can’t we get a hologram mike in the cage ?

Frick the cage.....bring him out on a leash and turn that biotch loose right at the entrance to the visitor's locker room.

Let him loose in the visitors locker room! Tiger Bait for real!

A hologram tiger prowling outside the visitor's locker room would be one hell of a psyop.

and your dumbass took that seriously...jesus you're giving shreveport a bad name.

The stress wasn’t too much for the previous tigers. How have they measured the stress level of tigers during any events or throughout the day? What empirical data proves that any stress is created on a Tiger that’s already in a cage. Could it actually be relaxing for it to be taken out of his every day life and be a joy for him? The veterinarian is a Tiger whisperer and knows magic?
