That said, I can't imagine he'd pick Cinci over LSU. Unless Cinci's OC has some seriously good plans.

I think this.
The football advantages of going to LSU are clear, which makes me think there are factors largely unrelated to football (factors he values greatly) that are at play here.

He's at least considering LSU more than he was pre-visit, where most thought he was Cincy bound. Doesn't mean he's necessarily ours tho
