It is purely about:
A) Geography, family and relationships
- vs -
B) Big Time football and championship possibilities
LSU just happens to be the option lined up with B.
Now we wait...
And hope for the best

I can't believe that the hopes of LSU football have sunk so low as to depend on getting ANOTHER BACKUP QB from a big 10 school. Is it the recruiting? The coaching? WTF? Freshman QBs are STARTING at quite a few schools and having great success. LSU can't find ONE. Going to another school to get their backups is EMBARRASSING. Maybe they need to find a high school QB recruiting guru to find one SOMEWHERE. It certainly isn't in the current group of recruiters. Quality players at every other position. NO QBs.

There were quite a few head coaches available who were known for excellent QB recruiting and development when Alleva hired Orgeron instead.

As long as we are talking qbs, here’s what I wonder.
Who was recruiting Myles Brennan hard when he was wavering before we hired Canada?
Right. Mike Gundy and Oklahoma State.
Gundy obviously thought enough of MB that he envisioned him running that point-a-minute offense.
Easy to say “we can’t get good quarterbacks.”
With other Power 5 schools plugging in freshman qbs who look like world-beaters:
I can’t help but wonder what Brennan’s “development “ would have been like under Gundy compared to what it’s been at LSU.

How old is this "kid". Making a TRANSFER decision based on Geography, i.e. family and friends, seems unusual (putting it nicely). Cinci is not on Our (SEC) LEVEL and NEVER will be!
