He coaches in the SEC east

Muschamp built that McElwain didn't

Fluke season barely winning over average teams. Same formula that got Muschamp a 10 win season there.

the east was 2-12 vs the west this year..
Think about that.. seriously.. how bad are they!

I know right? LSU has never had a first year coach in the SEC Championship game.

Florida went to OT with FAU

well he gets to coach in the east which is the cripple division. LSU would actually be undefeated in the east.
he might fall off but i doubt it since its the cripple division.
Hope in one and shite in the other. Bama is going to beat their arse worse then they beat our arse.

They aren't good. They lost to this garbage LSU team and if our ST wasn't coached by BDP, it wouldn't have even been close. Just a benefit of playing in the east.
It does look like Mcelwain can recruit and develop QBs though. So he will be successful at Florida. LSU on the other hand, more of the same.

they should put both alabama schools in the east, and give us mizz and kentucky.

McElwain took over one of the best defenses we've seen in CFB in a while. He didn't do shite to develop the offense as evidenced by post Grier UF. That and he plays in the SECE. Jury is still out on him.
His recruiting has also been less than stellar if you look at the rankings (although that will likely pick up this year).

Florida is 5-1 in games decided by 7 points or less.
