BK should hire Jimmy Lake

I clamored for him previously (both when Orgeron was still here and during BK's initial search)
Lake fielded tough, hard hitting defenses all throughout his tenure at Washington. He was questionably fired ("hitting a player") mostly due to politics.
He's an elite recruiter, DBs coach historically...only downside is that he's never coached in the region (and that he is currently in the NFL).
We'd probably have to overhaul the staff, (get rid of Cooks/Steeples or both) and find a better line coach.
But, we are in desperate need for strong recruiters.

I’ve been on this train. Dude is a DB savant and put together some fantastic defenses at UDub, particularly against the pass.

Nobody's doubting that this needs to be done at this point.
