Ngl I assumed chestnut would stay in the lineup and get a longer leach but props to Kelly for realizing chestnut simply doesn’t have the length and overall athleticism to be an outside sec cb. I still think his best spot for us is at nickel. I would love if we moved brooks back to safety and let duce man the slot his best plays seem to be around the LOS

Sage too. He will never live up to his 5 star ranking.

Lol jeez dude Harris gave up a td in hella tight coverage. Came right back and nearly had a pick in the red zone. He had tight coverage all night his athleticism and length was apparent

Maybe someone can show him Alexander highlights since he is obviously blind at field level

The second sage missed open field tackles agaisnt FSU was when I believed BK was done with sage. He hyped up his open field tackling all off season and he flat out whiffed on his open field tackling all game against FSU

Harris was the corner that was coving the reciever that scored Grambling's only touchdown. That is a true statement.

Haris was in PERFECT coverage against the reciever on Grambling's only touchdown pass. This is a true statement.

The Quarterback threw a perfect jump ball outside corner fade to the end zone that only the reciever could catch. This is a true statement.

The only thing Harris could have done to prevent that touchdown was commit a pass interference. This is a true statement.

He just needed to turn around and locate the ball. That ball wasn’t high in the air, Harris was falling down and now reading the receivers eyes and turning around. Derek Stingley picks that ball off.

Every lsu qb has to be burrow and every lsu cb has to be stingley???

My fellow lsu fans we’re going to be miserable for a very long time assuming all of our skill players need to play like top5 nfl draft picks

You really are a miserable dude arent you. You only post negative shite. Harris' PI could have went either way with the WR doing the same thing Harris was doing. Most of the time refs let that go especially since that ball was uncatchable anyway.

Or, at least he would have reached in with his left arm to knock the ball out of the WR hands

When does JK Johnson get back? Sounds like we could really use him.

He’s one of the few dbs I’ve seen that can consistently get burned while being an inch away from the receiver. Granted..it was usually a huge receiver…but still.
