I heard today from my sauce that, now this info has been speculated and talked about much but this is not I figured, thought so, this is reliable. Emery Jones will move back to guard, he wants to cause that will be his NFL ticket, Heard is fitting comfortably or is living up to the hype at OT, the change is coming soon, I can’t say the Fla St game but could- I know everyone says DUH?, I thought the same when we signed Heard but it’s happening now or quickly, by SEC time Heard, Campbell, OTs, Jones, Dellinger OGs. And please don’t say you knew that, most figured or hoped Heard would be ready, He Is, Jones is Happy and CBK/Davis implementing such now sooner than later. Sauce is 100

If he starts week 1 we will definitely find out. Jared Verse is going to be a test for both OTs.

The surprise would be if it happened for week 1. It may make sense to keep Jones at RT for the Fla. St. game and then let Heard get his feet wet with Grambling.

I don't think this is breaking news. According to people at the scrimmage, Heard was at RT on the first drive with the first team, with Jones sliding to RG and Frazier on the bench. The second drive, Jones slid back to RT with Frazier coming in. Third drive was again Heard at RT and Jones at RG.
I assume they are giving him every opportunity for reps in anticipation of this move at some point. Remember that it took several games before Jones moved into the starting lineup last year.

Kelly all but gave that same feeling by what he did in the scrimmage on Sat
No way he throws Heard out at RT against FSU and those pass rushers
You might see some of it against Grambling and than you can evaluate going forward
I think both Campbell and Jones got a lot more comfortable as the season went on last year and you can start to trust Heard the same way

Heard came in second drive. Usual Oline was out first drive.

Ok mfers I tried to explain all that the first time, y’all figured i figured we all knew, CBK all but said , so fu all , I’m just trying to relay what I heard today from the horses mouth today at Lunch, so this is to just the commoners, not the inside no jock wearing adolescent know it alls who would be coaching or playing big time football if it wasn’t for the simple reason that you just ain’t worth a fk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there are a lot of NFL Guards who played RT in College.
Emory Jones may slide into guard but I doubt he wants to specifically do that for that reason.
i’m sure he’ll do what he can to help the team, but he’s better off showing he can play RT.

Everyone is reading way too much in to something that happened for one series in a scrimmage.
Do we really think that Frazier, the guy who started all 13 games for us last year, would be the one to get benched in this scenario? Come on
