As well

“LSU catcher Alex Milazzo says on Tiger Rag Radio that he will be back for the 2024 season. Alex, Hayden and Brady are running it back next year.”

I want Travinksi to get more than 100 at bats, but he wasn't reliable behind the plate. Milazzo was really coming on later in the season and is much better at the 2 spot. Where can they move Trav?

I noticed we weren't pursuing any catchers in the portal. I figured we were going to get at least one back. I'm a little surprised we got both. Both these guys were big contributors last year, now they come back as leaders.

I can see Alex on the staff when he’s done.

Yeah I wouldn’t be surprised if Jay gave him some “coaching duties”, help bring along the new pitchers etc. Crash Davis style

A healthy Neal will start at catcher imo.

ETA: I think Milazzo takes catching duties probably the Sunday games to spell Neal. Neal’s got pop in his bat from the left side of the plate and we know how Jay loves his lefties.
