Out of work with a badly sprained knee right now, rewatching the LSU/Ole Miss game from last year, the TD where Jayden zips through the defense and smiles in the end zone early in the 4th just happened. A hundred thousand fans smiling with him in the stands.
Makes me realize just how freaking blessed we are to be Tiger fans, especially in this day and age. I've gone to games since I was 2 years old, 29 now. Got to experience every home game in the 03 season and went to the natty in New Orleans at 10. I've screamed with joy during a win, I've cried during a loss, and I absolutely couldn't imagine cheering for any team but LSU. I love LSU, looking into starting school online just to have a degree from LSU.
The passion, the people, the food, the tailgating where everyone is welcome, the shot-ski and the camaraderie this great university has cannot be understated. If you love LSU, you LOVE LSU, and I love LSU. Watching Mulkey and the girls the other day cut down that net, the tears in their eyes, all of it just amazes me. I've never seen people love their school the way the Tiger faithful adores LSU, and it makes me so damn proud, appreciative and blessed to be a Tiger fan from Louisiana.
God bless this state, this country and GOD BLESS LSU!! GEAUX TIGERS!!

Lol negative. No bone protruding, so urgent care sent me home with Tylenol. About to start rewatching the 2019 season.

my mom went to LSU, I stay close to Monroe so went here. If I had to do it over, I'd have gone to LSU. Never too late though.

Ok I’ll share in your post-narcotic joy and optimism…

I do think about this topic on occasion… since the 90’s, there’s certainly been plenty of ups and down. But the football and baseball titles coupled with all the other successes and current upward trends and trajectories… it’s pretty special. Womens basketball is another added feather in the cap, but it’s a welcomed and fun one.

Think about all the other bottom dweller teams around the SEC and rest of the country. I wasn’t even upset to see Miss St and Ole Miss finally get their breakthrough titles. I almost (almost) felt sorry for them.

Very happy to be an LSU fan

It really is.

Same here. I've got a buddy that's an Ole Miss fan and was really happy they finally got to experience a NC. He and his dad went to Omaha for it and sent videos from the natty celebration. Happy for Bianco too. He's put enough time in Oxford it was bound to happen sometime.

Some on the forum can only be happy when they pissing & moaning bout something. That’s even with LSU being the 4th winningest team in the nation since 2000 and playing in 4 NCG in football

Also we own titles in baseball,, basketball, and golf

I am just living high and enjoying the ride. lol

I ignore them. I've had enough happen in my life, especially as of late, that now, an LSU loss doesn't just ruin my day like it did before. And I don't melt like a 14 yr old on tRant when everything isn't sunshine and roses either. I appreciate everything LSU sports has added positively to my life, and it's been a big, big part of it. Our last midweek game was the first baseball game I've missed all year. I haven't missed a football game since we beat Bama 16-13 in overtime in 2005, and that's because I was grounded my mom would never dream of grounding me from watching a game, stepmom knew juuust what would hurt the most Found out the score the next morning in Mass youth group and had my buddy tell me about it. The really special thing is knowing just how many kids in Louisiana growing up right now are the same way i was and that LSU will exist long after I'm gone. I can die in peace knowing God is a Tiger fan. Who else would he bounce a football straight up and down for help beat Florida?!

Lol negative unless they've let the cartel spike Tylenol. My username has been my nickname since high school, rhymes with my real name.

Why do you pull for them if you don’t have a degree? Just curious
