Got here at 7, get off a hour early on Friday's at 3 so looking forward to that.
Slow season at my work right now, busy Monday-Thursday and no responsibilities on Friday's. Should be able to WFH tbh.

My job today for tomorrow’s tailgate..
Cook two briskets, get 150 wings from BWW (Caribbean jerk, mango habanero and blazing), make a large pan of coleslaw for the brisket sandwiches and make two pineapple upside down cakes.
..and this is maybe 15-20% of the tailgate food.

Fridays are getting the Cajun food ready for just reheat and eat come game time! Little Gumbo, Creole, Shrimp, Loaded Potatoes and a veggie snack tray. Of course my top shelf Tequila shooters are primed and ready. Kick a$$ Tigers !
