Not sure Anthony Jennings can throw a "deep" ball.
Jordan's wasn't pretty, but at least he could chuck it over 40 yards in the air.

jennings pushed the ball and jefferson through it with that big arse wind up like randall cunningham. both were ugly as shite but, i'll go with JJ for the sake of answering your question
