Talk over here in Hattiesburg is that Tanner Hall will look to transfer to LSU. I’ve heard about 100K in NIL money. Anyone else hear about that?
Sorry if it’s already been discussed.

He signed the deal in between innings he was pitching today

He'd get raked in the SEC.

And will add that I heard this news earlier this weekend.

That is honest feedback I’ve gotten from 2 USM fans.

He’d get his shite pushed in in the sec, just like he did today.

Free agency....not good for college sports!

I’m not saying he would dominate but he’s better than what we had this year. But 4 earned in 5 innings on a super hot day vs the hottest team in college baseball right now ain’t too bad.

He had a bad day. Everyone has a bad day. You just don't want to have a lot of them. Our starters had a lot of them.
He might not come in and be SEC Pitcher of the Year, if he does come here, but he'd certainly be an upgrade.

I started that rumor as a joke with several SO Miss Alumni via a group text 2 weeks ago. His uncles and family are big LSU guys but I think he has resentment for not being recruited. Just my opinion.

He would have undoubtedly been the ace of staff this year but agree probably would have been like a 6-4 record

I am sure that all of the big schools will be looking to raid smaller programs of talent with the transfer rules and NIL.
Success in Conference USA over a season does not mean that the pitcher will have success in the SEC over a season. He would make a good day 3 starter.

He was not a SEC prospect coming out of high school. Why would he feel resentment? How many righthanders that throw mid 80’s pitchers do you see LSU recruiting? That’s what he threw in high school. He has developed into a really good pitcher and his changeup is nasty.

Ben McDonald said he wishes he would transfer back home. Wouldn’t be that crazy

I’m all about it but if I had my pick I want there second guy. He’s a stud. I think his last name is Waldrep.
Posted on 6/12/22 at 6:27 pm to DhanTigers212
Waldrep is a first round draft pick so yes I’d take him too.
Posted on 6/12/22 at 6:41 pm to whatiknowsofar
No he wouldn’t put him as Sunday starter and he would excel

Nah he was going to walk on at LSU before his other offers came.
