Toured it today. It is a “Showcase House” for builder and Designers. Very nice. Lots of construction going on in there. Knocking down $1.0MM houses to build $3.0MM houses

For real. There are some in the $2-2.5mil range, but not much over that. Maybe the market is that crazy.
