We have recruited All American DB’s but they only play hard 1-2 years. That’s a culture issue. If Brian Kelly doesn’t cut the cancer out from day one, we will end up Texas 2.0. tCulture is comin baws. And we ain’t backin down.

Cameron Lewis is probably the only DB in the past five years who's played his best ball in the last year of his LSU career.
Pretty much everybody else peaked as a freshman or sophomore. You could MAYBE make an argument for Flott as a junior this year, though I'd argue he definitely didn't improve from his freshman to sophomore year.
We've gone 11-11 with a team made up of 4 and 5 star recruits over the last two years. There ought to be zero sacred cows in this program. That includes Raymond, especially if he was making demands on Kelly.
The idea that assistant coaches are so important that they can extort the head coach is utterly laughable in any context other than the head coach doesn't belong in the job. That is not what we have now.

All these posts are going to age great when LSU blows. There is going to be a culture change alright. But it’s not going to be one anybody likes.

If I recall your top CB’s were out the whole year and he took players low on the depth chart and they balled out. Is that not good coaching? By who? Your Defensive Back coach exactly which is who Corey Raymond. Dumbass

I’d rather get the foundation solid the first two years and build something sustainable like you see at Bama. And this is how it’s done. Recruiting classes can only get you so far if they don’t play as a cohesive team.
