Tulane to the Big 12?

The idea of the Big XII getting a school in what is considered to be solid SEC territory would make for an interesting experiment. Tulane would be a solid addition for the Big XII as they have a large stadium, great destination to travel to, close proximity compared to Memphis/Vegas and lastly would provide the New Orleans media market.

Better yet, since the FedEx founder is offering $10M/year to any conference willing to take Memphis (and since the not-so-Big and no longer 12 need to come up with $$$ somehow) they should take up the offer. Add BYU and toss them both in the North.
