Was that the M.D. guy? I go over there and watch meltdowns every now and then and I'm pretty sure the guy (holden? I think was his name) got run off around the time Bourque switched his commitment.

Holden got butt-hurt over something that Luicci sent him. He disappeared and all the Ags on the recruiting board moarned him like their congressman just died.

Go ahead and read my post history. None of it says that Sherman now owns Louisiana and that LSU cheats to get Texas recruits and even the local ones. Trust me, I ain't Holden.

Thanks Kat, you're definitely one of the Aggy posters I like.
Holden was extremely popular because he was like Memphis on the recruiting board or Blueslover on Saints talk except very delusional and biased. He was pro-Aggy everything and said all the right things to stimilate his audience whether it be praising everything about A&M or trashing rival schools including LSU. He would link a lot of free articles daily and it eventually got on Luicci's nerves.

Honestly, I don't spend much time on the recruiting boards on either site. I came to TD a while back before conference realignment came up, and I think the bulk of my posting has been on the movie board, msb and some on the ot. Completely agree on the censorship at TexAgs; I once got a permanent ban just for asking some closet case how many guys his wife had serviced at work.
The Midnight Yell comment was just an old Holden joke.

Both, I guess. I hurt the precious feelings of a gold star cumguzzler and got a 24hour ban, then sent a harmless, quite humorous email to AndrewsTheTranny about said ban and got a perma.
It was a pretty rough experience for me, as I was forced to think of a new username.
Of course, you don't even know who all the mods are on TA. Here, you know Chicken, Rummy and the gang are posting right alongside you and aren't going to permaban you for a stupid joke or just having a different opinion.
Btw, when I was a paid subscriber on TA, all I got was warnings, no bans.
It was a pretty rough experience for me, as I was forced to think of a new username.

That's why I'll look at the posts over there but won't bother signing up. How can I enjoy posting on a site if I don't know that I may get banned for not agreeing with the moderators? Here, I can disagree with admin, and so long as I don't use racist remarks or post nudie pix of myself I'm generally free and clear.
I found this board during last year's realignment mess and I'm glad I did.

Yep. I've met one of the mods to break bread before, and he was surprisingly normal. At least by message board moderator standards.
But the STAFF here have real jobs and just do TD for fun. It's not their full-time living, like some of the nerds at TexAgs.

All the mods on TexAgs do it for free actually
ETA: except for Andrew and Brandon, the owners. I don't think the other paid staff (looch, gabe, logan, leone) do much mod work
