I'm sure Ole Miss would block this move. Memphis has been known to whip up on the Rebs from time to time.

RC Johnson is an embarrassment and he proves it once again. This is the same guy who fired Larry Finch (Beloved Tiger basketball player and coach) outside a hotdog stand in the Pyramid Arena. The same guy who let John Calipari keep Derek Rose situation under wraps while he left Memphis for Kentucky and took Memphis' recruiting class with him. The same guy who while teams like ECU, South Florida, TCU, and many other small football programs were being built up let Memphis stay mediocre thus taking Memphis out of any discussion for conference expansion!( And Ole Miss thought they had it bad with Pete Boone).

Kansas City barbecue sucks. St. Louis barbecue is even worse. There is no barbecue in Missouri worth eating outside the Bootheel.

The only time they're ever any good, it's discovered later they cheated to get there. (Though some may argue that this would make them a perfect fit in the SEC. Except we only cheat in football.)

FIFY. Memphis is the absolute worst city I have ever visited. Bar none.

Hoover H.S. has a better chance of getting into the SEC...most probably has a better football team as well

If you really want to humiliate Memphis, add South Panola.
