Do you know Looch? When yall talked about how big he is, I think you might be thinking of a friend that sometimes rolls with him and also sports a chin beard. I don't know the guy's name, but he kind of looks like a taller Billy. If Billy is anywhere close to my height, then he just has terrible posture.

Saw him today. He's at least 6'2". And he has been correct throughout this ordeal. He has also kept his predictions a little loose and has said there's room for the situation to change, so he covers his butt a little, but there are a ton of variables at play so I don't blame him.
