This has been in the works for weeks. Read the sbnation story on it. Can't figurebout how to copy link on a pad but go there it has a plethora of ino including a gem about the " sec and wvu being much further along" than anyone thought hence the moves yesterday

who else though, if ACC is going to 16 i bet the SEC will be as well.

I really like this addition. Solid football school with a great fanbase. If I had my way it would be them and A&M and eventually GT and FSU. Although we know that wouldn't happen...

A&M and WV are the key additions in SEC expansion, there is very little reason to expect the TV contract to be completely reworked and more likely on slightly altered.
WV fits, but is not a revenue prodcuder or a national brand. The Holgerson offense is going to drive the SEC defenses nuts for a few years as well.

I agree. And it's funny how so many originally assumed that the SEC could poach whatever ACC school they wanted to now having to admit a school that even the ACC didn't want. Being added would be great for WVU, but they give nothing back to the SEC in terms of recruits or TV eyeballs. Nice of the SEC to give away free money like that.

No. I've heard him say that same line multiple times. Don't read too much into that.
