pretty pathetic article.
I like how he pulls the "Aggies weren't mad at the coaches about the loss" crap completely out of his arse.

So if ESPN/ABC hates you with a passion you get your own network out of it? Sounds like a good deal to me.

bullshite. I watched Texas-UCLA beginning to end. the announcers were loving them some Shipley-McCoy action part 2. They were all about Manny Diaz's halftime adjustments and how Harson has completely added new life to the UT offense.
I agreed with what they said too...
so get over the "ESPN/ABC hates us but we are in bed with them with the network deal."

The announcers, not the network. The network loves anyone who makes them money.
As for saying they are favorable, there is no one that hates Texas as much as Brent Musburger

Are you sure about that (Brent Musburger)? I seem to recall a lot of lip-to-arse action toward Mack Brown, Vince Young, Colt McCoy and Jordan Shipley through the years.
Hell, he even kissed John Mackovic's arse.
Now, Keith Jackson seemed to be openly rooting for USC in his last broadcast game (the 2006 Rose Bowl versus Texas). He loved Darrell Royal.
Chris Schenkel kissed Texas' arse for years on ABC. OK, now I'm going wayyyyyy back. You're probably too young to remember all that.

what the hell are you smoking down there in Austin to believe something so completely opposite of reality?

I will defer to the elder statesman. I get the feeling that the announcers do not like Texas on a regular basis, maybe its just me. I readily admit to wearing orange colored glasses on most things.
Tom Dienhart on Yahoo sports, however, has a true disdain for Texas.

I live in Baton Rouge, now. I wish I could smoke the stuff they get in Austin.

So they aren't ready because they blew a big lead at home? With that logic, Alabama should have been thrown out of the SEC after giving up a 24-point lead at home to Auburn last year.
^^^ This.

We should've been kicked out of the SEC for losing that game to AU.
And if an SEC team ever loses to Utah in the Sugar Bowl they should get the SEC permaban. Not that something like that would ever happen.

would make for some interesting league games seeing as how there will be no referees.

Brent Mushmouth gets sticky in the pants during whorn games. Now that there's another McCoy, he's giddy. Your out of your mind if you think ESPN hates tu. That goes for management and announcers. I about flipped shite when Mark May picked us against okie lite.

What up LSRR!? (signel from the OB).
ESPiN looses twice with this move. They will have to renegotiate the SEC deal with far more tv's at the table.
It also directly hurts the bovine 9 conference and the Longwhorne Network.
The only winners are the SEC and the Aggies.

aTm is ready. They're already mid-tiered. At this point, with a good game they could beat about half of the SEC - Ol Miss, Vandy, UK, maybe Auburn, Arky, MooState, and a rebuilding UF.
I'm ready to see this thing happen! Best thing that's happened in the last...oh, several weeks, in the SEC. (Now if the SEC could just nab FSU and Oklahoma!)

I was at the game, and there was no excuse for our 2nd half collapse. We shouldn't have been throwing the ball up by 17 when we have two top tier RBs. That being said, OSU had an explosive offense and was able to capitalize on our mistakes. They earned the win, but Aggies are ready for whatever game you want to match them up against. We went on a 6-0 run after OSU last year, so Arkansas better not sleep on us. We'll bounce back next week...Gig Em, and congrats Tigers! You guys are looking very tough this year. Gig Em SEC!
