Check back in two years and see if the SEC invite is still open. TT has NO PLACE to go, so I don't get that.

I think UT will bail within 10 years. They don't want to leave until they can be certain TAMU is coming with. The thought of an SEC team in Texas keeps UT up at night.

TT could go the MWC. It's a risky option, but still an option.

...if they even want them. Besides, the MWC's TV deal is more screwed up than the new BigWhatever. If A&M won't jump ship on UT, Tech certainly won't.

Must have taken the same snot classes as the Webels fans.

Exhibit #1 in the case of aTm to the SEC.

Of course, if you were throwing the empties from the upper deck of Tiger Stadium, you'd be LSU fans.

Even Texas alums are unhappy

Why?

Why in the world would any of the lesser teams in the Big 12-2 sign on for inequitable revenue sharing? By doing so they give UT a huge advantage money wise to use against them. It makes no sense why anyone would want to be in that conf.

Why in the link above does it only show what A&M, OU TT and other get but not UT?

But it comes down to if you are in a Conf you share evenly this BS scale the Big XII is using sucks. If TEXAS wants more money than anyone else let them go the ND route.

ok- fine. i know how to settle this. the SEC should chip off 20% of our CBS and ESPiN contracts to the whorns-- just to keep them happy. its only fair....

If Bama pulled this kinda crap in the SEC it would be the SEC minus Bama. I cant believe the rest of the teams in the Big 12-2 put up with it.

The one that stuns me with the sheep mentality toward Texass is ZeroU. That FB program has every bit the tradition, history, & resources, yet seemed content to just go along with the crowd.

Where's Barry "Coach Gunsmoke" Switzer when you need him?
