1. Chip Kelly - It's a dice roll for sure, but I like the upside. This is the go big or go home pick.
2. Herman - Slightly safer, still a risk. I wouldn't hesitate because of this season. Although, if he doesn't compete tonight, I might drop him behind Jimbo
3. Jimbo - Safest, smartest pick. Can be successful, can also kind of be FSU for the past 2 years.


Since after 3 doesn't matter:
4. PJ Fleck - Huge gamble, but pretty good upside. Can build a program
5. Aranda - See above, minus the building a program
6. Fedora - Probably a high floor compared to some of the risks but I'm not sure he's an National Title Contender year in and year out. I feel this could be a Tressel-type hire though. Minus the problems in the end. Fedora is an odd duck for his level of success, seemingly consistent wins, very even keeled compared to some of the personalities above, but little to no fanfare. What gives?
