This is a genius move for next years team. They should be preseason top3 and they have an easy road to the NC.
IF they changed alot, that would not be the case, but this guy gives them a chance to keep the continuity going and he definately has his players support.

Most of their coaches left so it will be tough be be a top 10 team next year even with the talent.
