If Russ gets the job. He has been on the headset for sure the last game maybe Florida. They had to know that after the Auburn game things were going to be shifting around.

Whats the deal with the PGC position all of a sudden. I just assumed that just a position that gave Brady just to put him on staff. Now it seems like people care more about that than the OC.

PCG is so stupid, can't we hire a guy that has both a vision for the offense AND can call plays like a pro?
This feels like that ridiculous "Head Coach in Waiting" role that Mack Brown and a few others dreamed up like 10 years ago. It worked out ONCE with Jimbo Fisher at Florida State, but other than that, it turned into a joke and you never hear about it anymore.

Calloway was talking to Max during both the Florida and Ole Miss game. I remember specifically discussing how it was the first time all year I had seen anyone coaching our QB"s. I'm not saying it didn't happen in other games, but I never saw it.

I think Callaway would do well based on his resume because he’s actually coordinated a good offense.
We need to hire someone to work with the WR /TE group and get their butts in gear. Joseph is an okay coach. I think he leaves a lot to be desired.

That would have been nice but if that was the case O should have allowed Raymond to call the defense. Why not check to see what Corey can do at DC.
