Are you out of your mind? What coach wouldn't leave the Big 12 for the SEC? That's insane

Correct.

He is the equivalent of your average Ranter hitting it big and coaching LSU. Would be a dream come true.

That is Dilly at ASU. He ain't leaving

He’s be on my list. However i wonder if he’s got the minerals for a job like this (same concern i have about Drinkwitz). Seems like he’s at his ideal level and is an ASU guy through and through as well.

I really hope we don’t waste our time with Freeman. Get real.

Lol at the former players who want Sheppard.

We *should* have a prez in place by the time it’s time to pull the trigger and make the hire.

I would definitely give Sheppard an interview.

Maybe so but on one hand he’s been a DC for less than a year and he will always need to have a top OC. Defensive hires are so risky unless they are football savants who can recruit like Saban or stud recruiters who know ball like a Lanning.

On the other hand, if he stays in DET and his defenses are good there’s a chance he could be an NFL HC in 2-5 years.

Dillingham is extremely overrated. Made it to the playoffs last year with a bad team who was just fortunate to be in the Big 12. What else has he done? They are average in a bad conference.
