Did you not recognize how Baylor, a school that was a perennial cellar dweller of college football, became a top 10 football program in about 5 years from the type of offense they run? Baylor was a top 5 offense nearly every year Briles was in town, and they even started to get some great talent towards the end of Briles tenure.
Kendal Briles was involved with those Baylor teams the entire time, and once he left to go to FAU, FAU had roughly a top 10 offense this past year.

Do some research on Kendal Briles. When he was the OC at Baylor the lowest ranked offense he had was number TWO. NATIONALLY. And his quarterbacks were RG3, Bryce Petty, and Seth Russell. All beasts.
And now, Kiffin gave all play calling duties and gave free reign to run his own offense at FAU. And FAU ended with the number 9 overall offense in the country. Under Briles first year of calling plays and running his offense. Dude is a savant when it comes to offense. He would be a WAAAAAAY better hire than Canada.

Deep down everyone who was against the O hire wants it to be Ensminger. Briles coming in and scoring all kinds of points and helping win would be their worse nightmare.
However, I would LOVE LSU to succeed to the highest level, no matter who's at the helm.
That's what you mental midgets don't get. The very REASON we don't like O (as head coach) is because we don't believe he's capable, and he's done plenty to prove us right. I wish he'd hurry up and prove us wrong though...moron.
