he can't control them from the other end. That's where you'll hear it first IYAM. Maybe the thread below is legit, maybe not, but I wouldn't rule it out.

That's always the problem and why there's leaks. The other side might even try to keep it quiet but you've got wives, family, friends, assistants, secretaries, agents and their office staff etc etc. Always a place for a leak no matter how hard the hiring side tried to keep it quiet.

In the grand scheme of things, who really cares about college baseball and women's basketball? Comparing the hiring of these coaches pales in comparison to college football, the real money maker.

Yes, my source is one of the most important people on staff at LSU. We have been friends since 92 and nothing happens without him knowing. His response to me 30 minutes ago on the phone was, “I cannot confirm or deny.”

LOL, nothing is coming from the Aggie side. They don’t even address it as possible. Just complete dismissal. Now the fans like me are different but the people that would know are doing their best to make sure the fans know it’s not a possibility.

There aren't going to be any leaks until a deal is done or close to done and big money boosters/board members know.
