Well, his show airs in New Orleans too, and there's no new information out there re coaching hire, so maybe he thought his entire show shouldnt be complete speculation about who LSU will hire.

Today seems to have a few more talking points and moving parts though. It's just typical Matt to stay on track with his weekly guests/topics. The guy refuses to just go with the hot topic.

The Saints season is done. Even Matt said so last week so why he feels the need to still talk about them blows my mind.
LSU is on the verge to make a huge hire and we aren't just talking the Saints as a whole. We are talking the special teams coach who just signed. That's on the same level as Feinswog and Russ Mitchell.
